Blind Date Wine! Black fruits (black cherry, plums) and some earthy notes... slightly vegetal and almost bell pepper. Lots of acid with tart black cherry flavors, spices and black pepper. Pretty light bodied with minimal tannins at first, but they start to come through with more sips. My guess was a cab sauv or melon, so I guess I did pretty good!

"The aroma of a decadent red wine" -PG 🍷
A delightful balance of fruit and earth aromas and flavors, a nice round body smooth tannins. Lots of layers to enjoy, and perfectly paired with Shepard's Pie.

Not horrible, but a little flat. Recommended with lamb, which I guess makes sense, but nothing special.
