May 5th, 2022Vintage 2009 | My favorite Petit Bordeaux from right bank Côtes de Bourg. Thirteen years old, brown rim. Utterly vital. Beautiful smell with red fruit (hint of cassis, red cherries) spicyness and some vannilla. Has lost its tannins but remains to have a strong backbone. Made to age and gains elegance with the years. From magnum. Paired with spaghetti porcini. Love affair with this wine 🙃
