Beautiful golden color suggest its variety and some age. Intense nose filled with ripe fruits, bruised apples, wet wools and some underlying #minerality.
On the palate the body is mid plus, but nicely balanced with mellow but lingering acidity. Flavour intensity strong, with tropical fruits, #bruisedapples and fruit cans. The acidity is not high but aifficient to balance the body and the flavours. Long finish.

I have never had such a delicious dry wine! Made in the Vouvray region of France, it is notable for being an atypical wine of the region. It was made because the the season was too cold. It is a dry wine, incredibly smooth, and a full, round taste in the mouth. Goes well with everything, in my opinion!
