Languedoc Red Blend. A bit tight out of the bottle but improved with aeration. Dark purple color with a rust rim. Black olive, dark plum (Almost Pruney) and dark cherry aromas and flavors with hints of tobacco and bakers chocolate. Touch of purple flower aromas. Medium bodied. A bit of sharpness on the relatively short finish. Probably a bit past its prime.

A little bit of everything... smoke, fruit, oak, herbs, even a tiny bit of earth. Low acidity but a good medium full body. I like this.
