Delicate and focused. Not bad at all!

Nice apple citrus combination

Very good. Would pair nicely with seafood or on its own.

Chateau Ducasse

It was ok, but a little dry for me and I didn't feel the flavors pop.

Dry French Bordeaux, no oak, good white, I'm guessing a Semillon 65%(?)/Sauvignon Blanc mix, light color intensity, citrus-grass, light minerality, pairs well with light dishes. Can be described as fairly bland or boring
