This is a very clean and lean French white. Fruit is restrained. Mineral characteristics are pronounced. Easy to drink but not wow in terms of flavor.

A very dry wine with high acidity. Clear and pale yellow, the aromas are light but refreshing with wet stone and lime. The high acidity gives almost an effervescence, with flavors of green apple, lime and pear.
