Better men than I will let this one rest for another 5 years minimum. Decanted for 1 hour. Massive lavender / rosemary notes on the nose. Plum and earth dominate the ripe palate. Delicious and will only get better with time. Fewer than 400 cases in the US.

Whoa. Big without knocking you over the head, plums and blackberry balanced by earth and a healthy dose of tannins.

Brettanomyces. Cherry, hoursey, pepper, leather, tobacco, strawberry, must. Bright red fruit on the palate and good acidity. Medium body, medium plus tannin. Heavy on the palate with lasting texture.

Good CNdP. Slightly rich, smooth. Good with Elissa's turkey stew. Richness matched richness of dish. Not as bold as bigger CHdPs, but well worth it.
