Blend of a parcel in Volnay and parcels in Puligny-Montrachet. Very nice basic Burgundy of biodynamic farming. Bright and elegant, low extraction, no new oak aging. Served during lunch with turbot, wild mushrooms and black truffle at Kasteel Terworm. Classic pairing!
