I really enjoy good white Bordeaux (not the thin, pure SB that tries too hard to be NZ or Loire), as they show how a balance of tart green apple and lemon can be lifted by smart usage of oak and lees contact for a truly unique product. Often imitated, rarely duplicated. Tasty stuff.

At £40 this is always a fabulous Pessac White that gives a unique experience of what Bordeaux whites can deliver 😉 Drinking rather well now in 🌞 with a few dollops of 🧀 & 🥖
