May 12th, 2023Great mouth feel. Solid body and acidity. Drinking this 2015 on 2023 and it's in it's prime. Notes of warm cassis and plum. A hint of undergrowth and cherry balanced with okay cedar finish

Decent every day Bourdeaux. Med tannin, med acid, not much complexity. I imagine this would go well with pork roast or roasted chicken w/ rosemary. Would not hold up to bbq. Also maybe a good gateway red.
