BriO de Cantenac Brown Margaux Red Bordeaux Blend

Nose: burnt Carmel and molasses, oak is really showing through.
Taste: plum, dried meat, old roses and violets, coffee and bitter sweet chocolate.

Nose of chocolate, cedar and blackberry. Fresh tannins could wait longer before drink.

Nose Stoney green and herbal. Medium plus acidity and tannins black fruit and herbal. Needs to sit a bit longer.

PEK - CDG, AF 125, B777-200, Business Class

Primary and somewhat one-dimensional. too young.

Raspberry, BlackBerry, and Tobacco notes on the nose. The 2012 was still very young and after 3 hours of decanting it has opened up slightly - definitely not drinkable right now. Best to save for a few more years to refine the young tannins. It was very light, slighty velvety/silky, and did not have a long finish. Highly acidic and strong tannins with notes of blueberry, strawberry, cedar, currant, and plum. It was not a bad margaux for the price and value, but best to store in the cellar for a few more years.

Light fruit thus with some air but still lean
