Clear, deep ruby colour. Clean, pronounced black fruits. Dry, high acidity and tannins beautifully balanced. Full bodied with flavours of blackberries, vanilla, toast. Very good quality and a fantastic accompaniment to the Chateaubriand. A really good birthday dinner.
