SO good! Is it bc we had a bottle on a Tuesday? Or bc it was $100?

Corked. Second flawed Champagne on Valentines Day. Where is a Domaine Chandon when you want one.

My favorite producer of 100% Pinot Meunier. Very savory. Very saline. Not as good as the 2006 base vintage.

2011 base. 100% Pinot Meunier. Tiny bead. Lots of vibrancy and tension. Long finish. Very savory. Not subtle but refined in its own minerally way. I could drink this every day.
