45+ minute decant. Medium red color. Nose contains bell peppers, cherry ice, and alcohol. Reminds me of the ‘10 Domaine Eden Cab. Wine is spicy, slightly harsh on the palate, with minimal fruit and medium minus depth. Finish is solid. I usually love Joguet Chinon’s but this wasn’t the best showing and might benefit from more age or air.
