Blend of 40% Pinot Noir, 35% Chardonnay and 25% Pinot Meunier, pale to medium salmon color with aromas of fresh berry fruits, yeasty, floral and nutty notes, delicate bubbles, fine mousse. On the palate flavors of fresh cherry and raspberry, adding citrus & toasty flavors, crisp & refreshing, long ending with creamy lemon citrus, smoke, biscuit and earthy mineral notes. Nice!

Consistently checks a lot of boxes; lovely color, balance of richness and focus, chalky, brimming with lip-smacking white and red fruits, refreshing. Red currant, white strawberry, bing cherry, white peach, salt, crushed chalk, sweet spices, fresh dough.

We’ve had their N/V Blanc but, haven’t had their Rose in awhile. Quite good.

Mousse is very refined. Great mouthfeel. Blood orange, tangerine, rhubarb notes, poached strawberries, black cherries, watermelon near the rind, white spice, oyster shell, grainy chalk, grey volcanics, saline, dry yeast, baguette crust, mint with pink roses dominate with shades of red roses. The acidity is lively. The finish is, pleasantly rich, elegant, well balanced & polished persistent for minutes falling into minerals & spice.

Came up nicely in the roulette game of bottle variation that I have played with the case that I purchased months ago. This was one of the better bottles and showed nicely for a LSU win last night!

Older disgorgement and older label than the one shown but still hanging in there despite bottle variation from other bottles I purchased together.

Two great bottles. Have had some bottle variation with the older disgorgement, but these were wonderful. My mother’s 71st bday so very special.

A bit aged. Still great but some bottle variation in the case.

My first time trying the CH rosé champagne. Their Brut is my favorite NV champagne, so I was glad to finally get my hands on some of this. Not surprisingly, I loved it. Similar to the Brut, certainly a battle between fruit and savory yeasty notes, but more strawberry skin and rhubarb pie adding some spice to it. It’s got that streak down the middle showing the older vintage wines they add to these (which I love) adding a bit of English biscuit and caramel.
