Oozing dark berry, plum and spice aromas. A touch out of balance - more extracted and not as nuanced as the 2007. But still fairly solid.

What a difference between this and the current vintage. This wine is in a beautiful place.

Au nez on sait où on est, on a la barrique, la vanille, les bleuets, en bouche c’est pareil, le fruit est en retrait, mais on a l’élevage, un peu de sucrosité, fruits murs/compoté. Bien que le vin soit encore opaque, je crois qu’il est sur son plateau, je vais pousser ma dernière pour au moins un autre 5 ans minimum juste par curiosité.

Deep purple color, so glad I waited to try this one, some blueberry, cassis, earth tones, spice, just a fantastic bottle of wine!

Great cab that has aged quite gracefully. Dark plum, spice, black raspberry, high acid but still round. Paired perfectly with with the venison tenderloin and garlic mashed potatoes. Still has a lot of life in it yet, fruit dominated yet.

What a great bottle.... Earthy, yet smooth with great balance
