Bright deep ruby red. Almost opaque. Big rich nose with baked berry fruit, soy and ash. In the mouth, really nice balance of fruit and structure. Still a little tannin but it's a good feature. Med plus finish. In a good place right now.

This bottle showed its age. Sweet fruit, rose petals, totally resolved tannins.
