Really interesting. Lots of depth and compelling. Scents of honey, petrol, minerals, ripe stone fruit. Tastes of stone fruits, honeysuckle, minerals, almond. Almost effervescent but still soft. Went well with mixed veggies in garlic but I think it would be great with rich, spicy food.
