Garnet rim. Fresh leather, lot of tannin, med acid. Red fruits still there. Coffee grind finish.

Dried cherries. Kept us cozy on a rainy fall evening. Plays well with pork and the Yankees.

Very drinkable for a 2014 but lacking the complexities I associate with a barbaresco

Awesome! Dry finish, but perfectly balanced flavors.

Beautiful nose of bright rich fruit. Gorgeous dark fruit melange of blackberry and even raspberry, enveloped by a clove or allspice overtone. We decanted and appreciated a lovely bloom.

So, so floral. Needed some time to open her up. Such is the nature of the beast. Medium acid, high tannins. Red currants coming straight through, some delicious juicy cherries and whack in a bit of leather and red licorice straps. Petite and structured. Very enjoyable.
