Budget bubbly, and not bad for that. Very pale yellow with a slower stream and medium bubbles. Noticeable honeysuckle and peach aromatics. Medium effervescent quality and offering very little acidity, quite round and smooth in texture. Wishing it had a bit more bite. Some green apple and pear, a touch of lemon. It’s rather non-invasive and plays it safe.

Light lemon in color with a yellow tint.

Light nose of yeast, lemons, minerals, bread, herbs and citrus.

Medium bodied with medium plus acidity and small, but intrusive bubbles.

Dry on the palate with cream, limes, green apples, soda water and white pepper.

Short finish with lemons.

A simple sparkling wine. Crisp and refreshing, not complex but nice with appetizers or by the pool.

I paired it with a vegetarian meal, rice with red sauce, peas and who knows what else...

10.5% alcohol by volume.

This screams value for $10 - great by itself or mimosas.

Newest of the three wines. Simonet Vin Mousseux sparkling wine. Blanc de blancs. Brut from france. Effervescent and sweeter than the Cava. Second favorite in field of 3. Third in row with Bellafina prosecco and mas fin cava.
