Mineral and lemon on the nose. Medium body and slightly acidic on the palate. Great with spicy seafood.

Smells of stone fruit and a little lemon.
Sour, citrus notes mixed with creamy undertones creating a wonderful mouthfeel. Went very well with Pan-fried tilapia.
