Tasted first at the Cave Cooperative in Bonnieux, then flew a bottle home. One of their better offerings. Aromas of chocolate with an herbal, slight mint background. Soothing on the palate. Silky and full bodied with soft tannins and great balance. Some lingering hints of lavender candy on finish.
