Reserve Zinfusion Paso Robles Zinfandel

Cherry and tart and big. Costco find.

Great with smoked salmon,cheese and cornichons with my sweetie pie. And peppermint patties!!!

This one does need a bit of time to open up, but once it does things start to pick up. The nose is pure Paso Zin, with dried fig, dried plum and ripe raspberry. You'll also find some spiciness here, led by black pepper, and some red clay. The palette backs up the fruit notes in spades, backed up by subtle spice and earthiness. A tasty treat from Paso, where Zin seems born to thrive.

Full fruit flavor, yum. A lil dry how I like it.

This is a great Zinfushion out of Paso Robles, CA. It is a 2012. Goes great with oysters and steak.

Nice fruit up front followed by smoked meat. Good zin.

Lots of fresh berries forward without being too sweet or concentrated. Very pleasant casual wine.

Woodsy, forest berry, low sugar, nice body, mild blackberry notes, moderate tannins.

Dark fruit forward. Very good. Even better a few days after opening.
