I know it Castle Rock, but this one was really good. The nose was clean and subtle. Honeysuckle, Violet, Rose, pear, Citrus, celery. Taste a full richness of honeyed strawberries and cream, apple, lemon, honeydew melon, with a bit of salt. It was pretty, it smelled of fragile garden flowers but it tasted like breakfast fruit. There is a zesty satisfying finish that makes it balanced and delicious.
