Castello di Bossi
Chianti Classico Sangiovese Blend

2011. Third time having this wine and second bottle. Tastes just like it did a few years ago, so it’s nice to know it has a fairly wide drinking window. Earthy cherries and nice acidity. Great food wine!

2011. We liked this at a wine tasting a few years ago and bought two bottles. This has aged really well and the cherry flavors and higher acidity went great with homemade spaghetti and meatballs!

Jan 20th, 2019Earthy, not complex. Very much an everyday wine for the working man or woman. To relax and sip after a long day.

A nice bottle to have with my chicken dinner after a long day. Nothing fancy, but still delights
