That's good stuff. Not a very snappy finish but very rich in texture. Sangiovase bland with an earthy rich aroma. A little sour / vinegary - but not@in a bad way. Slightly tart, tannins and acidity but nothing over powering. A true gem for the price. Chin chin pisanos!
