This 2009 paired great with the gnocchi and pappardelle bolognese we had at dinner - but I would drink this just watching a movies, sans food.

Rated for drinking now, this has so much ahead of it. Right now it was delicious and did start to show some nice tar after decanting for a couple of hours, but was mostly bright cherries, strawberries, and roses.
