As a cab, I’d rate low, but as a blend, I’d give it a 9. Lot of Syrah, very dark color, lot of berry and plum, good mouth feel

Purple, opaque color and strong legs. Subtle sweet blackberry on the nose with oak. Hits the pallette smooth, and tastes fruity and thick and lightly sweet. I found myself wishing for more of a tannic finish to balance it out, but this wine would be great with barbecue ribs or a spicy steak.

Nice smooth wine. Great for chugging and big gulps.

Our boldly blended Cabernet is an exceptional compliment to your favorite red meat, layered with hints of rich blackberry, luscious caramel, and smooth toasted oak.

Deep opaque purple in color. Blueberry, blackberry, cedar, vanilla, brown sugar, and smoky. Darks fruit, charcoal, and vanilla on the palate. Moderate acidity and velvety tannins. Short lived bitterness and minerals on the finish.

Cooked black cherry and blackberry; cedar wood, espresso and dark chocolate; touch of basil(?), graphite, and green bell pepper. Medium tannin, relatively smooth.

Kind of meh not the worst not the best kind of watery aftertaste. “Better on the 3rd glass” dry but sweet

Not great. Terrible the next day. Lots of red dye, very blank. Taste more like cough syrup then wine.
