Amarone della #Valpolicella at its best conditions of maturation. A 1993 vintage of rare quality, coming from the Crosara cru, south west of Negrar, a monopole of this winery. Still with good acidity and acceptable rate of oxidation, with only 14,5% of alcohol. Wow.
