Tar flavor melt into berries, jam, confection. Very firm tannins.
BW “a lot of drying tannins like Barolo, but maybe not as interesting. Less charm that Nebbiolo.”

Bitter out of the bottle. Relaxed as it breathed. More woody than fruity. Acidic, almost spicy.
