Soft silky cherry, light tar notes, and slight medicinal note on the end. The depth and focus of the wine shine as the star. This is one I would drink slightly chilled to help bring out the fruit as it is a bit secondary at this point. It's not past it's prime or a bad bottle, just could use a chill to help lift the fruit a touch.
