I’ve always been interested in the ways wines change day by day after opening. I’m in the camp that wines usually get better, not worse, after a few days exposure. It’s why I haven't bought a Coravin (yet). Indegeno was all tart cranberry juice on day one but a good dollop of mouse and cream with fresh raspberries introduced themselves by day three. It became three dimensional.

Sits comfortably in between rose and red and benefits from a good chill.
