1988 vintage. From Jay. 1988 Bartolo Mascarello - Brief Note from Galloni Historical Retrospective Held in London April 26, 2016. Lots of barnyard funk. Heavy sediment. Red fruits on the pallet. Nicely developed tannins. Medium body. Generally well balanced. Nice finish. 90+/100. Drink now to 2020.
