A cantilon sour that survived the Brussels bombing in my backpack ... enjoying it with the friend who helped me make it out in one piece

Interesting to hear about Cantillon's microbial emphasis, all fermentation from brettanomyces and bacteria. Tart, earthy, lovely bitterness on finish.

Always impressed when drinking cantillon in Europe while its fresh. The mouthfeel is creamier; the fruit more balanced.

Fantastic expression of fruit but lacks the lambic complexity that I'm looking for in this beer. Tasty as fuck though.

Fresh (?!!?) for cantillon. Every cantillon I've tasted in the states has been much more sour and way less creamy. So balanced. Masterful beer.
