I love Paso Robles soil..the earthy, borderline gritty texture, is addictive! This wine is dangerously smooth with it’s lower acidity and very easy to drink. The bottles empty fast, buy in bulk and invite friends!

Very piquant, with a lovely acidic beginning and an earthy after taste. Wonderful to sip, probably goes well with some hard aged cheeses.
