Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc

Crisp, multifaceted including some California peach and white melon notes, intensely concentrated and long finish. A little unexciting but still enjoyable.

Continue working down our old bottles! Very light by the way of nose/fragrance, but good fruit and holding up well in its old age! Better than expected, but finish is too bitter for me.

Drinking this one now on the south shires of Long Island. Semi dry and quite delicious. Not too fruity but some hints of grapefruit and peach. Really nice.

Viscous mouth feel. Effervescent back of the tongue. Mineral.

Crisp, light & Clean. Beautiful paired with pasta and a spring salad. Definitely a favorite!
