Med concentration with a pale ruby core and violet rim. Med + intensity with a decent amount of alcohol upfront. Med complexity showing ripe red and blue fruit. Cherry, boysenberry, crushed stones, stems, and purple flowers. Firm structure with med + tannins and acid. Full body. Less complex on the palate showing less fruit which is overwhelmed by the structure. Okay length. Definitely a food wine.
