Pale straw with green hints . Zesty and fresh on the nose , with lime cordial , beeswax , white flowers , crushed chalk . On the palate this has a real mineral touch , with chalk and limestone , complementing the lime and citrus notes. Good creaminess on the palate too , showing a touch of development. Fresh lively acidity , good length lightly waxy finish.

Aug 2nd, 2026No formal notes. Quite rich , grassy and waxy but still lots of lime and lemon character . Quite taught , mostly lean lime and lemon , beeswax character fruit on the palate . Long and detailed on the finish with a toasty touch . Great intensity . Needs time , still quite primary , I would expect this will improve over the next 10-15 years and last well a further 10 @ Brokenwood Winery , Hunter Valley
