A bright, lively and unexpectedly cheerful bright red. Palette is somewhat misleading in the way blue cheese gives you a right hook right before a gentle caress on your taste buds. Mellows out after a few minutes and really is quite nice - sharp, easy and a nice tangy finish. Sti̱n ygeiá mas!
