lillies and other white flowers dominate the nose ~ followed by hints of burnt rubber, roasted marshmallow, vanilla and shea butter

lime, orange marmalade, yellow plum ~ well integrated oak leans to a nuttiness like almond butter ~ incredible focused length

Glorious magnum.

One of the freshest older Bouchard whites I’ve ever had. Would never guessed it was 15 years old. White truffle night kinda wine.

Fair, cherries and fraise

super aromatics, lean and intense with great drive, barely ripe citrus and lime, a menthol note and steeliness of Corton, a wine that brings joy but opened far too young. Great length, endless finish.

Baked pear, quince, chalky. Elegant white fruit on palate, subtle acidity, hint of oak. The finish was longer than previous bottle a year ago. In a good place.

still wayyyy young but quite good--menthol-infused citrus and minerals, steely and a bit unevolved, will develop over the next decade. Great focus and drive. Drink or hold, preferably both if you have several.
