First of a group of 3 Red Burgundies from Aloxe-Corton. All had excellent colour of bright mid crimson. Bearing in mind we knew the identity of the 3 Wines but not the serving order. A jubey fruity nose showing Liqueur Cherries and some stalky stemmy notes. Had persistence and length with good acid. James Halliday noted Burgundian Tannins.
