Very glossy and vivid. Some lemon and a dominant stony note. Really cool blooded, poised and steely. Really good and long

Intense lemon oil and limestone on the nose. A hint of sandalwood. Very lucid and defined. Great balance. Very good.

Pure, light and crystalline on the nose. Very fresh and delineated it’s lime, zest, slate. A beautifully balanced palate, distinguished and long. Primary still with a lot of aging ahead but this is drinking really well now

Delicious. Really bright and absorbing nose. The fruit is savory and oily with real Corton Charlie character. Leaner, but great power lurking here. This has legs and great aging potential but is fresh and super balanced now.

Soft lemon with notes of mint? And an oily minerality. Slightly saline. Long and excellent.

Took THREE hours to open up so do not, I repeat do not, expect this to show well at all out of the bottle. In fact the immediate impression is “what’s all this about, really?” Patience will be rewarded. Explosion of stone fruits and white flowers followed by a touch of honey infused in some bright acidity. Texturally beautiful too.

Loads of vibrancy and tension. I found this to be the most expressive of the vertical. Open and delicious. Matchstick and crisp pear. A big thank you to @romo for contributing this vertical of BDM Corton-Charlemagne!
