Nose of black fruits and plum. After breathing/ air for 1 hour this Beauty 2011 Pluribus from the Awesome Bond vineyard opened incredibly! Thanks MR C's! You know who you are. Flavors of all your dark black fruits, soft tannin and great structure! Wow in my book!! Great dinner at Capitol Grill after the Christmas Rush! This is Best in years of California Cab Blends! CB 98+
