Big surprise for me...great blackcherry fresh/tart fruit, but big tobacco and dirt to go along with it. Soy/hoison sauce, and i love the oak integration. Acid med plus, tannin med plus...overall really loves this rioja..paired with a solid BLT!

Dirty, sour dried red fruits. Smooth tannis, med plus acid. Just a great wine and easy to drink.

Whoa brightness and berries with pepper! I’d be confounded as to what this is. It has Pinot cherries, Syrah pepper and Zinfandel dried fruit notes. What I do know is it is both light and full at the same time which is adorable and dangerous. Wait wait the alcohol is lemme guess 14.2? And in reality it is...14%. Dang. What fries should I order to celebrate wrapping a film and nearly nailing alcohol levels? Taco Bell, McD, or wild card? Also @Joe Lucca is this pic any better? I employed a tripod but still need a new phone

Strong wafts of coconut.

Hints of eucalyptus, sharp berry, cigar box, A race to the finish for the deeper flavors in the wine, yet the acidity pulls on through for a while.

Contrary to the label, this doesn’t taste ‘traditional’ at all. Blackberry and oak. Decent structure at this price point < $10.00.

Big and boozy after six years. Blackberry and alcohol. Dark cherry in the front followed by cocoa and a leather finish.
