This wine is straw colored and star bright. Incredibly aromatic on the nose; lemon peel, honey, honeysuckle, some volcanic rock and oak. It's juicy, full of green apples, meyer lemon, a bit of almond, and apricot. It's a very crisp wine; acid is mouth watering and makes you want to take another sip. On the finish I get a bit of smoke and spiciness. The palate is lush with the middle being a bit watery, but the finish is long and herbaceous. It's my understanding that the conditions here are liken to growing grapes on the moon. The concentration of flavors and aromas seem to reflect this!
