Always great with lemony acid and often a saline minerality. This 2012 vintage displays some peachy notes but that is rare for this producer.

Very classic of the region.

Bouquet of green apple and ocean air. Lemongrass and candied lemon through mid palate. Evolves to savory bitter finish.
