Light golden hue. Nose of egg tart, refreshing acidity, citrus, salty and nutty. Taste of round structured and wrapped apricot sweetness with lemon zest dancing on the tongue. Balanced acidity is in symphony with nutty flavor. Smooth finish with aftertaste of zest. Light but not watery. Well done.
