First sip was very interesting. Lots of lime, a little salty, but vanilla on the bottom.
As it warms up, it loses the interesting aspects and descends into gross imitation vanilla extract.

Sharp, interesting bite that mellows out into a nice calm Sauv Blanc. Def hints of lime, but makes for a nice Sunday sipper for brunch after a mimosa with some chips....clear your calendar & make sure you don’t have to drive afterwards though as this is 15.1%!
