This is a delicious Pinot Noir from Willamette Valley in oregon. Nicely balanced, juicy and complex. Elegant and fruit forward.
Still young, but already drinking nicely, even by itself.
Very fruity right out of the bottle, and gets earthier as it opens up.
Will continue to age nicely in the next 7 years. Would be nice to revisit it in 5 years.
Good right out of the bottle, and good by itself as a sipping wine. I paired it with a charcuterie board of meats and cheeses. Paired nicely with the Italian salami.
100% Pinot Noir grapes were destemmed and aged in (45% new) French oak barrels for 16 months.
