Lacked the concentration and excitement I was hoping for from #benjaminleroux a nice #pulignymontrachet that is quite restrained, maybe a little too restrained?

Classic white burgundy served in Zalto universal glass. What is not to like? Paired seamlessly with all the food we had that evening - faro salad, Cesar salad, grilled octopus, mushroom pasta and chicken.
